EP-RPR2065 Planetary Gearbox
EVER POWER 2-Stage Mid-Compact Planetary Gearbox for Precision Industrial Drives
Der EP-RPR2065 steps up from the RPR046 series with a larger planet module, delivering 6,500 Nm output torque in a mid-compact 2-stage housing. As a direct replacement for Brevini riduttori RPR2065, it serves medium automation, medical equipment drives, precision machine tools and servo-driven material handling systems where torque is greater but installation space remains restricted.

Funktionsprinzip
The EP-RPR2065 uses a 2-stage helical planet arrangement ?? helical teeth provide a higher contact ratio than straight-cut gears at equivalent module, reducing noise and vibration at the high input speeds typical of servo motor applications. Input speed up to 3,800 rpm is accepted on the SAE motor flange. Output is via a precision-ground solid or hollow shaft to suit belt-drive or direct-coupled loads.

Struktur- und Werkstofftechnologie
Housing is precision-cast from GGG50 duktiles Gusseisen, finish-machined to H6 bore tolerance. Helical planet gears use 17CrNiMo6 einsatzgehärteter und geschliffener Stahl, tooth profile accuracy ISO 5. The output shaft is 42CrMo4 durchgehärtet, providing high bending stiffness for cantilevered load applications. Seals are FKM-Fluorelastomer for compatibility with synthetic oils at temperatures up to 120 degC.
