Funktionsprinzip
The three-stage epicyclic design of EP-SC3503 achieves maximum ratio range by stacking multiple reduction stages coaxially. Input power from the motor enters the first sun gear. The planet gears — mounted on a precision carrier — orbit the sun and react against a fixed ring gear, stepping down speed and multiplying torque at the carrier output. This carrier then drives the next stage input, compounding the reduction.
