The EP-RPR2046 is EVER POWER’s lightest RPR series planetary gearbox, engineered as a direct replacement for the Brevini riduttori RPR2046. Working Principle
Input torque enters via the motor flange and drives a first-stage sun gear. Planet gears orbit the sun and react against a fixed ring gear, multiplying torque at the first-stage carrier. The carrier becomes the second-stage input, providing cumulative ratio up to 60:1. The needle-roller planet journals maintain precise planet positioning at high input speeds, critical for servo-motor compatibility.
