El EP-RPR2600 delivers 62,000 Nm in EVER POWER’s largest 2-stage RPR format, replacing the Brevini riduttori RPR2600. At this torque class, the 2-stage design’s efficiency advantage is most significant ?? every percentage point of additional efficiency saves measurable electricity cost annually at the continuous power levels involved. This unit serves large cement vertical roller mills, large pump drives in water treatment and oil production, large fan systems and heavy industrial drives in primary processing industries.

Principio de funcionamiento
Two extra-large-module planetary stages operate at continuous thermal limit of 95 kW. The oil-jet lubrication system ?? standard at this torque class ?? continuously sprays temperature-controlled ISO VG 320 PAO oil directly onto each gear mesh zone, providing both lubrication and active cooling. An integrated oil temperature and oil level sensor housing allows connection to plant DCS for continuous drive health monitoring.

Estructura y tecnología de materiales
All gears are forged from 18CrNiMo7-6 VAR steel, carburised to 1.2-1.5 mm and ground to DIN ISO 1328 class 5. The housing is fabricated from GGG70 nodular iron stress-relieved after casting. Bearing arrangement uses cylindrical roller bearings for radial loads and separate taper roller thrust bearings for axial loads, providing maximum capacity at this power class.
