The 4-stage architecture of the EP-CTU3700 stacks four coaxial planetary stages to reach 300:1 ratio from a single housing – eliminating the penalty of mounting two separate gearboxes in series. The factory-preset output bearing pre-load ensures the large-diameter output flange bearing carries combined sprocket chain loads (radial), sprocket offset loads (axial) and overturning moment loads without any play developing over the rated service life.
La opción condition monitoring sensor suite includes a PT100 temperature probe boss in the oil sump and an M8-threaded accelerometer mounting pad on the housing flange.
