Principio de funcionamiento

EVER POWER 2-stage inline Gearbox Internal Structure

The first stage sun gear accepts motor input. Its planet carrier becomes the second-stage sun shaft, compounding the reduction. A floating sun gear between stages automatically centres the load distribution across all planet contacts, compensating for minor bore concentricity errors and extending planet bearing life in high-cycle automation duty. Both stages share a single oil sump for maintenance-free lubrication across the rated service interval.

Ventajas principales

▲ 10:1 – 50:1 Ratio Range
Wide 2-stage coverage from one product family.
▲ Floating Inter-Stage Sun
Self-equalises planet loads ?? extends life in high-cycle duty.
▲ 5,000 rpm Input
High input speed for direct servo or VFD motor coupling.
▲ Shared Sump Lubrication
Maintenance-free service across both stages.
▲ Direct ED2-Series Replacement
Same mounting interface as Brevini original.

Estructura y tecnología de materiales

EVER POWER Gearbox Precision Manufacturing

Housing cast from GGG50 ductile iron. Planet gears use 17CrNiMo6 carburised steel, ground to DIN 5. The output shaft is supported by a back-to-back angular contact bearing pair, pre-loaded to eliminate axial play under reversing loads. External seals are NBR compound for mineral and synthetic oil compatibility.

Escenarios de aplicación típicos

Industria Solicitud Beneficio clave
Wind Wind turbine yaw/pitch actuator High torque for reliable blade pitch and nacelle yaw control.
Mining Large belt conveyor drive High continuous torque for overland conveyor main drives.
Steel Heavy rolling mill auxiliary Consistent drive for auxiliary roll stands in steel mills.
Cement Vertical roller mill drive High-efficiency drive for energy-intensive vertical mill.
