El ET3-series is EVER POWER’s workhorse 3-stage inline planetary gearbox, covering ratio ranges up to 200:1 in a single housing. It serves heavy conveyors, industrial hoists, mixer drives, extruder drives, pump drives and large fan systems where high torque multiplication is needed alongside consistent performance in continuous industrial duty cycles.

EVER POWER 3-stage inline Gearbox Internal Structure

Three sequential planetary stages cascade torque multiplication. Stage 1 operates at the highest input speed with smallest module gears; stage 3 operates at the lowest speed with largest module gears and the highest torque. A one-piece forged planet carrier in the output stage eliminates the flex found in welded split-type carriers, ensuring even planet load distribution at peak torque. EVER POWER Gearbox Precision Manufacturing

Output stage gears use 17CrNiMo6 or 18CrNiMo7-6 carburised steel depending on size, ground to DIN 5. Forged one-piece planet carriers are GGG50 nodular iron. Housing exterior carries epoxy primer + polyurethane topcoat (480h salt spray). Seals are FKM fluoroelastomer for synthetic oil at up to 120 degC.
