작동 원리
Three stages are nested coaxially in a reduced-diameter housing. The inter-stage floating sun shaft self-aligns between stages, eliminating any bending moment that would otherwise distort the sun gear teeth under offset loading in the compact housing. 구조 및 재료 기술
Housing is cast from GGG50 연성 주철 and bore-ground to minimise material thickness in ring gear zones. Planet gears use 17CrNiMo6 carburised steel, ground to DIN 5. Sealed-for-life angular contact bearings on input and output shafts eliminate external lube points in compact installations. External paint is two-coat industrial epoxy, 400h salt spray.
