작동 원리
Three sequential planetary stages cascade torque multiplication. Stage 1 operates at the highest input speed with smallest module gears; stage 3 operates at the lowest speed with largest module gears and the highest torque. 구조 및 재료 기술
Output stage gears use 17CrNiMo6 or 18CrNiMo7-6 carburised steel depending on size, ground to DIN 5. Forged one-piece planet carriers are GGG50 nodular iron. Housing exterior carries epoxy primer + polyurethane topcoat (480h salt spray). Seals are FKM 플루오로엘라스토머 for synthetic oil at up to 120 degC.
