Prinsip Kerja
A single planet stage receives motor input on the sun gear shaft. Planet gears orbit the sun and react against a fixed ring gear, multiplying torque at the planet carrier output. Teknologi Struktur dan Bahan
Housing is precision-cast from GGG40 aluminium-alloy or GGG50 ductile iron depending on size. Planet gears use 20CrMnTi case-hardening steel, carburised and ground to ISO class 5 accuracy. Angular contact ball bearing pairs on the output shaft provide pre-loaded zero-play support for reversing servo loads. All seals are FKM fluoroelastomer rated for synthetic oil at up to 120 degC.
