Prinsip Kerja
Two high-efficiency planetary stages transfer torque from the input motor flange to the output sprocket or coupling. The oil-bath lubrication system keeps all gear contacts submerged in a thin film of ISO VG 220 synthetic oil regardless of mounting orientation ?? a key requirement for industrial machines that may be installed horizontally, vertically or inverted. The sealed housing allows lifetime lubrication in most duty cycles.

Teknologi Struktur dan Bahan
Housing cast from Besi mulur GGG50 with hardened ring gear bore. Planet gears use 20CrMnTi carburised steel, ground to DIN 5. The output shaft is supported by a back-to-back tapered roller bearing pair providing high combined axial and radial load capacity for sprocket and coupling drives. External paint is two-coat epoxy primer + polyurethane, 480-hour salt spray rated.
