Ten EC4-series delivers 4-stage ratio coverage up to 400:1 in EVER POWER’s most compact RPM-series housing ?? targeting applications where both extreme ratio and minimum housing size are simultaneously required. It serves compact winch drives, small tracked machine travel drives, micro-positioning systems, compact industrial hoist units and tight-envelope high-reduction drives that cannot accommodate full-size 4-stage housing dimensions.

Ten EP-EC4091 replaces the Brevini riduttori EC4091 ?? a 4-stage compact planetary gearbox delivering approximately 26,400 Nm output torque, ratio range 30:1 – 400:1, and IP rating IP65.

EVER POWER 4-stage compact Gearbox Internal Structure

Four planetary stages are packed coaxially in the compact housing using thin-wall ring gear sections and optimised planet-to-ring gear clearance. The output shaft features a large-diameter bore option allowing a hollow-through shaft configuration ?? enabling the EC4 to be mounted directly on a drive shaft or screw without a separate shaft-to-shaft coupling, which is especially valuable in very compact installations.

EVER POWER Gearbox Precision Manufacturing

Thin-wall ring gear sections are machined from 42CrMo4 through-hardened steel for maximum stiffness in the reduced wall thickness. Planet gears use 17CrNiMo6 carburised steel, ground to DIN 5. The hollow through-shaft option uses a precision-ground bore to H6 tolerance for interference or clearance fit on the drive shaft. Seals are Fluoroelastomer FKM for synthetic oil.
