Housing material is Żeliwo sferoidalne GGG50; the cooling fin flange is a separate EN-AC 46000 aluminium alloy casting bolted to the output end, combining aluminium’s superior thermal conductivity with the structural strength of the iron housing. Planet gears use 17CrNiMo6 carburised and ground steel. Seals are Fluoroelastomer FKM for high-temperature synthetic oil service.
