Brevini Riduttori EC2320 Compatible Replacement | EVER POWER
The EC2-series delivers the efficiency and ratio range of a 2-stage planetary design in a radially compact housing specifically engineered for tight-envelope OEM installations. The reduced housing diameter versus the ED2-series makes EC2 units the first choice for motor-integrated drives, AGV wheel hubs, linear actuator heads, robot joint drives and space-constrained automation equipment.
The EP-EC2320 replaces the Brevini riduttori EC2320 ?? a 2-stage compact planetary gearbox delivering approximately 43,700 Nm output torque, ratio range 8:1 – 40:1, and IP rating IP65.

Housing is machined from 7075 aluminium alloy or GGG50 iron depending on size. Planet gears use 20CrMnTi carburised steel, ground to DIN 6. Thin-ring construction requires press-fit ring gear installation with Loctite 638 retaining compound for permanent bore fixation. Output shaft seals are double-lip NBR for dust and oil retention in compact housings.
