EVER POWER Medium-Duty 2-Stage Planetary Gearbox for Industrial Machinery
The EP-RPR2150 steps into the medium-duty segment with 15,000 Nm output torque, replacing the Brevini riduttori RPR2150 for demanding industrial machinery, marine auxiliary equipment, mining conveyor drives and heavy packaging systems. Its 2-stage layout maximises efficiency and input speed capacity, making it the preferred choice when motor size is fixed and maximum torque transfer efficiency is required.

Two high-efficiency planetary stages transfer torque from the input motor flange to the output sprocket or coupling. The oil-bath lubrication system keeps all gear contacts submerged in a thin film of ISO VG 220 synthetic oil regardless of mounting orientation ?? a key requirement for industrial machines that may be installed horizontally, vertically or inverted. The output shaft is supported by a back-to-back tapered roller bearing pair providing high combined axial and radial load capacity for sprocket and coupling drives. External paint is two-coat epoxy primer + polyurethane, 480-hour salt spray rated.
