Arbetsprincip
In 3-stage mode, the unit covers 35:1-100:1. Switching to 4-stage adds a final wide-face planet stage that extends the ratio to 200:1 within the same housing diameter. The wide-face planet gear ?? 30% longer tooth face than the standard width ?? increases the continuous power capacity of the output stage without requiring a larger housing.
The optional condition monitoring suite uses a PT100 temperature probe in the oil sump and an M8-threaded vibration sensor mounting pad on the housing. Data can be streamed to any major PLC or SCADA platform via 4-20 mA or Modbus RTU.

Struktur och materialteknik
The housing exterior carries a C5M marine epoxy coating system (primer + intermediate + topcoat, total DFT >= 250 microns, 720-hour salt spray). Gear steels are 18CrNiMo7-6 vacuum-arc-remelted (VAR) ?? aircraft turbine-grade material ?? carburised to 1.0-1.4 mm and ground to DIN ISO 1328 accuracy class 5. Wide-face planet gear blanks are individually balanced after machining. All external fasteners are stainless A4-80 grade for corrosion resistance in offshore and coastal environments.
