EVER POWER Medium-Duty 2-Stage Planetary Gearbox for Industrial Machinery
De EP-RPR2150 steps into the medium-duty segment with 15,000 Nm output torque, replacing the Brevini riduttori RPR2150 for demanding industrial machinery, marine auxiliary equipment, mining conveyor drives and heavy packaging systems. Its 2-stage layout maximises efficiency and input speed capacity, making it the preferred choice when motor size is fixed and maximum torque transfer efficiency is required.

Arbetsprincip
Two high-efficiency planetary stages transfer torque from the input motor flange to the output sprocket or coupling. The oil-bath lubrication system keeps all gear contacts submerged in a thin film of ISO VG 220 synthetic oil regardless of mounting orientation ?? a key requirement for industrial machines that may be installed horizontally, vertically or inverted. The sealed housing allows lifetime lubrication in most duty cycles.

Struktur och materialteknik
Housing cast from GGG50 segjärn with hardened ring gear bore. Planet gears use 20CrMnTi carburised steel, ground to DIN 5. The output shaft is supported by a back-to-back tapered roller bearing pair providing high combined axial and radial load capacity for sprocket and coupling drives. External paint is two-coat epoxy primer + polyurethane, 480-hour salt spray rated.
