EVER POWER Heavy-Duty 2-Stage Planetary Gearbox for High-Efficiency Industrial Drives
De EP-RPR2250 delivers 25,500 Nm in a 2-stage layout, engineered to replace the Brevini riduttori RPR2250. Its 2-stage design provides the best efficiency figure in the RPR250 size class ?? important for energy-intensive applications such as cement mill drives, large fan drives, pump drives and heavy machine tool main spindles where electrical energy cost over the product life significantly exceeds the purchase price.

Arbetsprincip
Two large-module planetary stages handle the high input torque from primary motors rated up to several hundred kilowatts. The forged planet carrier in each stage is a single-piece construction ?? avoiding welded split-type carriers that can flex under peak loads and cause uneven planet load distribution. A thermal monitoring boss on the housing allows a PT100 probe to be fitted for oil temperature surveillance in energy-intensive continuous duty installations.

Struktur och materialteknik
All gears are forged from 18CrNiMo7-6 alloy steel, vacuum-degassed, carburised to 1.0-1.3 mm and ground to DIN 5. The ring gear is press-fitted into a GGG70 nodular iron housing ?? the highest iron grade in EVER POWER’s housing series ?? providing maximum stiffness for large module gear loading. External coating is marine epoxy C4 standard for outdoor and factory floor environments.
