Принцип роботи
In 3-stage configuration, the first two stages use a standard 3-planet arrangement for high input speed tolerance; the final stage upgrades to a 4-planet carrier for enhanced torque capacity at the output. This hybrid arrangement allows the EP-CTU3200 to handle both the high-speed continuous travel phase and the high-torque low-speed pushing phase of excavator track operation without thermal de-rating.
The floating sun gear shaft design automatically centres the load distribution across all planet gears, compensating for minor shaft misalignment caused by track chain tension deflection and chassis flexion during operation.
