Принцип роботи
The EP-CTU3150 uses a two-stage epicyclic (planetary) arrangement. High-speed, low-torque input from the hydraulic travel motor enters the first-stage sun gear. Multiple planet gears orbit the sun and react against a fixed ring gear, multiplying torque at the first-stage planet carrier. That carrier becomes the input shaft to the second stage, providing a final cumulative reduction of up to 80:1.
The integrated spring-applied, hydraulically released multi-disc brake engages automatically whenever hydraulic pressure is removed – either by operator command or in the event of a system fault – preventing uncontrolled machine movement on gradients.

Planet gears are manufactured from 20CrMnTi case-hardening steel, carburised and ground to DIN 5 accuracy. All O-ring face seals are NBR/FKM compound, rated for continuous operation in hydraulic oil, muddy water and diesel-contaminated environments.
