Principio de funcionamiento
The three-stage epicyclic design of EP-SC3503 achieves maximum ratio range by stacking multiple reduction stages coaxially. Input power from the motor enters the first sun gear. The planet gears — mounted on a precision carrier — orbit the sun and react against a fixed ring gear, stepping down speed and multiplying torque at the carrier output. This carrier then drives the next stage input, compounding the reduction. The output shaft or hollow bore is supported by a back-to-back bearing arrangement providing combined axial and radial load capacity for direct sprocket, coupling or gear drive connections.
