EP-EQ4150 4-Stage Ultra-High Ratio Planetary Gearbox
Brevini Riduttori EQ4150 Compatible Replacement | EVER POWER
The EQ4-series achieves ratio ranges up to 500:1 in a single housing by stacking four planetary stages ?? the highest reduction option in the EC/EM family. Designed for very slow-speed drives, large industrial positioning systems, antenna and telescope slew drives, kiln and furnace car drives, and large-scale material handling applications where output speed is measured in RPM fractions and maximum torque is non-negotiable.
The EP-EQ4150 replaces the Brevini riduttori EQ4150 ?? a 4-stage planetary gearbox delivering approximately 56,000 Nm output torque, ratio range 50:1 – 500:1, and IP rating IP66.

اصل کار
Four coaxial planetary stages cascade speed reduction and torque multiplication. Stage 1 handles the high-speed motor input; each successive stage multiplies torque while halving speed. The 4-stage design uses a dual-seal output shaft arrangement ?? a primary FKM lip seal plus a labyrinth ?? providing redundant protection against dust and slurry ingress in the slow-speed, high-torque industrial environments where EQ4 units are most commonly deployed.

فناوری سازه و مواد
All four stages use 17CrNiMo6 carburised and ground steel gears. Output stage planet journals run on needle roller bearings with hardened pins for maximum radial stiffness. The housing is cast from چدن داکتیل GGG50 with H7 bore tolerances throughout. External coating is epoxy-chromate primer for C4 corrosion zone service.
