EVER POWER Compact 2-Stage Planetary Gearbox for Light Industrial Automation
Le EP-RPR2046 is EVER POWER’s lightest RPR series planetary gearbox, engineered as a direct replacement for the Brevini riduttori RPR2046. At 4,600 Nm and only 18 kg, it serves industrial automation, packaging machinery, conveyor drives and light robotic articulation where space, weight and positioning accuracy are the primary design constraints.

Principe de fonctionnement
Input torque enters via the motor flange and drives a first-stage sun gear. Planet gears orbit the sun and react against a fixed ring gear, multiplying torque at the first-stage carrier. The carrier becomes the second-stage input, providing cumulative ratio up to 60:1. The needle-roller planet journals maintain precise planet positioning at high input speeds, critical for servo-motor compatibility.

Housing cast from ADC12 aluminium alloy for minimum weight. Planet gears use 20CrMnTi steel carburised to 0.6-0.8 mm, ground to DIN 6 accuracy. All seals are NBR compound for synthetic and mineral gear oil compatibility.
