EP-SC402 uses a coaxial drive arrangement where motor input shaft and output shaft share the same centreline, providing maximum torque transmission efficiency with minimum installation footprint. The two-stage planetary architecture achieves approximately 4,000 Nm output torque from a compact sealed housing. 構造と材料技術
All gear stages use 17CrNiMo6 case-hardening steel manufactured to vacuum-degassing standards for superior core impact toughness. The output shaft is 42CrMo4 全体焼入れ, providing high bending stiffness for cantilevered coupling loads. A thermal monitoring boss (G1/4 threaded) is standard on all units with torque rating above 12,000 Nm, allowing a PT100 temperature probe to be fitted for plant DCS integration. External surfaces receive a marine-grade C4 epoxy coating system for outdoor and marine auxiliary applications.
