EVER POWER 3-Stage 42,000 Nm Planetary Gearbox with Ultra-High Ratio
の EP-RPR3250 raises output torque to 42,000 Nm and extends ratio coverage to 200:1 by adding a third stage to the RPR250 housing. Replacing the Brevini riduttori RPR3250, this unit covers the most demanding segment of the RPR250 size class ?? slow-speed heavy crane drives, large offshore mooring winch main drives, heavy mixer main drives and industrial kiln drives where very high torque and very slow output speed are simultaneously required.

The 3-stage architecture provides a cumulative 200:1 ratio from a single housing. The 4-planet output carrier distributes final stage torque across four simultaneous contact points rather than the standard three, reducing per-tooth stress by 25% at 42,000 Nm. A dual lip seal with intermediate grease pocket at the output shaft provides redundant sealing against the high-viscosity gear oils used at this torque class.
