Working Principle

All gears use 18CrNiMo7-6 double vacuum-arc-remelted (2x VAR) steel — the highest available purity for the gear steel used in any EVER POWER product. Carburising depth is 1.3-1.6 mm; profiles ground to ISO 1328 class 4. Planet carriers are GGG70 heavy-section nodular iron forgings.
