EVER POWER 3-Stage Compact Planetary Gearbox ?? Higher Reduction for Automation
の EP-RPR3046 adds a third planetary stage to the RPR046 housing, raising peak output torque to 7,800 Nm and ratio range to 100:1 while maintaining the same external footprint as the 2-stage RPR2046. This makes it the first choice when servo or induction motors need a high reduction ratio ?? such as slow-speed rotary tables, indexing mechanisms and material handling lifts ?? without enlarging the machine frame.

動作原理
Three sequential planetary stages share the same concentric axis. Stage 1 handles the high-speed motor input at up to 3,500 rpm. Stage 2 and 3 multiply torque further with each reducing input speed proportionally. The フローティングサンギア in stage 2 compensates for carrier concentricity errors between stages, eliminating the need for precision alignment at assembly and improving load sharing across all planet gears simultaneously.

構造と材料技術
The 3-stage housing is cast from GGG40 ductile iron for stiffness. Planet gears throughout all three stages use 17CrNiMo6 steel, carburised and ground to DIN 5 accuracy. Angular contact ball bearings support the output shaft, providing combined axial and radial load capacity for cantilevered gear or sprocket loads.
