Working Principle
Two extra-large-module planetary stages operate at continuous thermal limit of 95 kW. Structure and Material Technology
All gears are forged from 18CrNiMo7-6 VAR steel, carburised to 1.2-1.5 mm and ground to DIN ISO 1328 class 5. The housing is fabricated from GGG70 nodular iron stress-relieved after casting. Bearing arrangement uses cylindrical roller bearings for radial loads and separate taper roller thrust bearings for axial loads, providing maximum capacity at this power class.
