EVER POWER 3-Stage 55,000 Nm Planetary Gearbox for Ultra-Heavy Industrial Drives

หลักการทำงาน
Three stages of large-module planetary gearing cascade torque multiplication to the output. The double-wall housing construction ?? an inner structural ring plus outer seal housing ?? provides maximum rigidity against the gear separation forces generated at 55,000 Nm, preventing the housing bore distortion that can occur in single-wall designs and lead to ring gear fretting. The output shaft is a forged hollow quill shaft accepting direct coupling to large hollow-bore driven machines.

ทุกขั้นตอนของอุปกรณ์ใช้ 18CrNiMo7-6 VAR steel throughout ?? not just the output stage. Carburising depth is 1.1-1.5 mm across all stages; tooth profiles are ground to ISO 1328 class 5. Output shaft bearing is a large-bore spherical roller bearing pair for self-aligning load support on large hollow quill shaft installations.
