Working Principle
Three stages of large-module planetary gearing cascade torque multiplication to the output. Structure and Material Technology
All gear stages use 18CrNiMo7-6 VAR steel throughout ?? not just the output stage. Carburising depth is 1.1-1.5 mm across all stages; tooth profiles are ground to ISO 1328 class 5. The double-wall housing is cast from GGG70 nodular iron and stress-relieved before final machining. Output shaft bearing is a large-bore spherical roller bearing pair for self-aligning load support on large hollow quill shaft installations.
