Is there a minimum order quantity?
No. Single units are accepted for all standard catalogued models. Volume discounts apply from 5 units of the same model upward. Contact us for annual blanket order pricing.
What documentation do you provide with shipments?
Every shipment includes a CMM dimensional compliance report, gear-tooth profile measurement data, material heat-treatment certificates, and a no-load run-test record. Third-party inspection (SGS, BV, TUV) is accepted at customer cost.
